Cam Thanh Coconut Forest, located about 3km from Hoi An Ancient Town, is a unique destination with a peaceful river setting. Surrounded by lush nipa palms, it offers fun activities like basket boat rides, crab catching, net fishing, and enjoying local specialties. This is definitely a must-visit spot in Hoi An!

 

08:30: Local guide pick up at the hotel

Go to market with our chef (about 30 minutes) by car. We will have a chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact sellers. In addition to this, we will show ingredients for using in our lesson.

 

09:15: Transferred from the local market to Cam Thanh Village by car, then you will have a chance to take a traditional boat - a bamboo basket boat, you will be attracted by the untouched beauty of the palm trees in the village.

 

10:20: Enjoy welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join cooking class.

 

10:30: Immerse yourself in Vietnamese culinary culture and learn to cook like a local! This cooking class includes a hands-on experience teaching you the traditional process of pounding, separating, and grinding rice to make authentic rice paper.

 

11:00: Let's start to cook 4 Vietnamese local dishes with our chef. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

 

13:00: Return to the hotel.
